Job Description:
We currently have an opportunity for a Digital Media Executive to join our team working on a wide range of brands and industry categories. In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of a campaign from crafting how our plans are put together to monitoring and interpreting performance, recommending optimisations, reporting on campaign outcomes and working with client and media stakeholders.

Any relevant experience within a media agency environment is a bonus, but most essential is a passion for all things digital. This role is a great opportunity for you to learn new skills and digital media fundamentals in a role that allows you to explore and develop your digital planning skills. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to gain industry qualifications through training and platform programs.
As a Digital Media Executive at Ryvalmedia, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns. You'll be a confident written and verbal communicator with high attention to detail and interest to learn core industry platforms. You will be comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets. Your ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders concurrently will ensure your success in this position and open many doors for your career in media. You'll be working amongst experts in their field and build upon your knowledge of search, social, mobile and programmatic, so a natural curiosity will serve you well. You will work closely with our media partners to ensure that our clients' digital media strategies are effective, on-brand, and achieve their marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute digital media campaigns across various platforms, including social media, display advertising, and search engines.
* Manage and optimise paid media campaigns, including budget allocation, bidding strategies, and performance tracking.
* Review market research and analyse trends to identify opportunities for campaign improvement.
* Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in digital media and advertising.
* Assist in the development of client presentations and reports.
Required Skills and Experience:
* 1-2 years of experience in the digital marketing landscape, preferably within an advertising agency.
* Strong understanding of digital media platforms and tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
* Proficient in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
* Experience with SEO and understanding of how it integrates with digital marketing strategies is a bonus.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
* Experience with programmatic advertising and real-time bidding (RTB) platforms like search and social.
* Relevant certifications in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint.
* Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles preferred but not necessary.
* Experience with email marketing campaigns and tools.
