**About our Opportunity**

As a Customer Service and Scheduling Officer and valued team member of our Cardiff branch, you will act as the liaison point between our customers and our production teams and will be instrumental in ensuring our clients receive a professional and timely service which exceeds their expectations.

Working as part of our professional and dynamic team, your key focus will be to call customers to agree proposed installation dates and then schedule the installation jobs accordingly to our installation team. You will also help resolve any general queries and act as a central point of contact for any re-work and warranty queries. This is a fast paced team environment in which you will need to be confident with customer interactions and accurate in the associated administration.

In addition, you'll:

- work in partnership with customers, installers and internal personnel to schedule installations and answer any order related matters
- carry out associated administration including order processing and amendments

**About You**

We're looking for a motivated and organised team player with great communication skills who has the desire to take accountability and contribute to a positive work environment. You'll need to be pragmatic in your approach to providing quality customer service and have the ability to think through problems to arrive at solutions. Previous construction industry or scheduling experience would be preferred but is by no means essential - more important are your customer service, communication and organisation skills.

You will have:

- a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- competency in using MS Office and the ability to quickly gain competency with in-house systems
- data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- ability to multi-task and prioritise
- ability to work calmly & efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
