**About the Opportunity**
The role is with PICA Group's Strata Support department. We are looking for a team member who considers themselves an all-rounder to join our office in Southport. The role is integral to administering client accounts, interacting with all areas of the business, and being part of a team that prides itself on kicking goals while having fun.
**Your duties will include the following**:
- Liaise with internal departments and external clients to collect building scheme information and set up accounts under PICA's body corporate management agreement.
- Review client financial statements to verify and/or address issues relating to levy or discount payments, balance sheet loans, GST implications, etc.
- Accurately enter body corporate management agreements and client details into PICA internal systems.
- Upload documents and other information into systems.
- Assist with creating and issuing Welcome Letters and Levy notices.
- Collate lost plan data and documents and facilitate transfer to a new agent.
- Other general administrative tasks concerning Strata Support.
**We're looking for someone who has.**
- At least two years' bookkeeping and administrative experience in a professional services work environment.
- You excel at researching, analysing financial data, and interpreting the numbers' significance.
- You regularly ask for feedback to ensure understanding, openly share information, and build strong working relationships with other internal departments.
- You have excellent organizational and planning skills and take a systematic and consistent approach to plan and achieving your work goals.
- You adapt well to technological changes, have a strong knowledge of MS Office products and other systems, and consistently input data with an accuracy rate of 95% or better.
