The Digital Account Director will be responsible for leading the team focused on the PMX Lift video product, bridging communication and operational gaps between technology partners, clients, and internal stakeholders.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a knack for solution-finding and a passion for enhancing customer experiences through innovative solutions and exceptional service delivery.
You will be accountable for ensuring all client and agency queries are addressed promptly and effectively, driving business growth and client satisfaction.
Your Role
* Agency and Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for agency and client inquiries related to PMX Lift, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues and questions.
* Performance Monitoring: Proactively monitor campaign dashboards and KPIs to assess product performance and provide feedback to technology partners.
* Business Development Support: Assist in identifying potential new business opportunities and targeting existing clients who have not opted in, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
* Process Improvement: Collaborate with technology partners to streamline and enhance campaign delivery workflows and processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
* Product Development: Collect and evaluate user and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and iteration, enhancing the overall user experience.
