Highland Recruitment is partnering with a well-established home builder to appoint a Sales Consultant for their display homes in Moss Vale and Wilton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong people skills who enjoys building relationships, talking design, and guiding clients through the exciting process of creating their dream home.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with Real Estate Agents and generate enquiries
- Create and promote attractive house and land packages
- Guide clients through home designs and present tailored quotes
- Manage data entry and keep records updated using email, calendars, and CRM systems
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through to contract

About You
We’re seeking candidates who are:
- Friendly, approachable, and easy to connect with
- Strong listeners and communicators with a customer focused approach
- Team players who are hardworking and organised
- Confident with computers and comfortable using software systems
- Available to work weekends and hold a current driver’s licence
Bonus points if you’ve got experience in the building industry - but it’s not essential. What matters most is your attitude, enthusiasm, and ability to connect with people.
