The Role
You'll be the driving force behind day-to-day marketing activity, coordinating campaigns and supporting broader brand initiatives.
You will:
* Coordinate and execute campaigns across digital, social, print and onsite environments
* Manage content creation - social posts, EDMs, blogs, project features, case studies
* Maintain website content and monitor performance analytics
* Work closely with internal teams, site staff and external partners
* Develop and maintain marketing calendars, asset libraries and project timelines
* Support events, community activations and project launches
* Ensure the brand is consistently represented across all touchpoints

About You
You'll thrive in this role if you bring:
* Around 2+ years' experience in a marketing or communications role
* Strong written skills and an eye for detail
* Experience managing social platforms and content calendars
* A proactive mindset and the confidence to own projects
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
* Bonus: exposure to construction, property, or similar industries
