Responsibilities
* Perform monthly bank reconciliations across multiple entities and accounts.
* Manage accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.
* Prepare and lodge IAS/BAS statements.
* Coordinate quarterly finance meetings with full reporting: P&L, balance sheets, cash flow forecasts, and budget tracking.
* Schedule meetings and occasional diary management.
* Assist the Director with business and personal tasks, including investment property project tracking.
Experience and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
* CPA, CA, or another globally recognised professional qualification.
* Experience in the property and/or construction industry would be advantageous.
* A flexible, agile individual who can pivot outside their role remit as required.
