Our Client Located in St Leonards, right by the train & metro stations, our well known and highly reputable client is looking to hire a data entry officer on a 2 month temporary basis. This role would offer opportunity to work with a hugely successful, well known business as part of their finance function. This role would be ideal for a Working Holiday Visa holder! Position Description High volume data entry Identify, review and correct data exceptions Basic invoicing Track and resolve technical issues in conjunction with the wider team General office duties – including answering phones & collecting mail Complete administration duties related to client admission, transition, alterations and discharge according to organisational process and systems Profile As an ideal applicant you will have: Previous experience in a similar data entry role Experience using a large CRM is preferred Intermediate knowledge of Excel Proven ability to think and plan logically with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability and strong desire to ensure clients are in receipt of exceptional service standards. Ability to manage time effectively and meet established deadlines.
