Prestart Consultant
* Guide clients through the selections and design process
* Established processes in place and plenty of support
* Broad role - ideal for an experienced prestart consultant
TEN Recruitment is working with a well-known residential builder to find a confident Prestart Consultant. If you're passionate about home design and love working closely with clients, this is a great chance to join a company that values both style and service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Run client prestart appointments, guiding them through fixtures, finishes, and upgrades
* Offer tailored advice to match budgets, lifestyle, and design preferences
* Accurately document all selections and coordinate with drafting, estimating, and site teams
* Keep clients informed and supported from start to finish
* Help transform floorplans into real, liveable dream homes
What You'll Bring:
* Experience in a prestart, interior design, or colour consultancy role
* Great knowledge of residential construction processes and products
* A warm, professional approach with strong attention to detail
* Ability to juggle appointments and maintain excellent service
* Perth-based experience and full Australian work rights
