Job Summary:
As a Lead Data Manager, you will play a crucial role in our organization's data strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of our data assets.
You will work closely with colleagues to collect, manage, and report data, including facilitating data collection, managing processes, and ensuring complete data capture. This requires developing efficient data capture processes for key data points from partner schools, guaranteeing high-quality data throughout.
To achieve this, you will be responsible for promoting high standards of data integrity across the organization, supporting staff to develop their use of data, and undertaking regular data integrity activities.
You will also collaborate with the Data Insights Manager to administer, maintain, and develop our Salesforce CRM system, as well as support the design, delivery, and maintenance of custom reports to facilitate external stakeholder reporting and internal project work across departments.
Furthermore, you will work with the Data Insights Manager to act as an expert in data governance and data protection processes, promoting data security and GDPR compliance across the organization.
This role requires a strong background in Salesforce administration, online data capture software, and working with complex datasets in Excel. You should have experience generating reports for various stakeholders and designing scalable, impactful data collection processes and system changes that promote high standards of data integrity.

Required skills and qualifications include:
* Salesforce Administrator Certification (or on track to complete)
* Experience administering online data capture software (FormAssembly) and managing integrations with Salesforce
* Experience working with complex datasets in Excel, including data cleaning and preparation for import/export or analysis
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Able to adapt your communication style and approach to develop data skills in others
