About The Role
We currently have multiple opportunities available for a Senior Financial & Analysis Business Partner to join our National Financial Planning and Analysis team at ALDI Australia, based in Minchinbury.
These are permanent full-time positions.
The FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) team are responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and analysing financial performance to support strategic decision-making. They provide insights and recommendations that help drive efficiency and profitability.

About The Role
We currently have multiple opportunities available for a Senior Financial & Analysis Business Partner to join our National Financial Planning and Analysis team at ALDI Australia, based in Minchinbury. These are permanent full-time positions.
The FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) team are responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and analysing financial performance to support strategic decision-making. They provide insights and recommendations that help drive efficiency and profitability.

Key responsibilities:
* Conduct period-end activities, including quarterly business review
* Prepare financial forecasting, including the provision of insights, trends and key drivers to enhance business performance. This includes long range planning, monthly/ quarterly forecasting, and annual planning
* Partner with stakeholders to provide financial support on business strategy and annual budgets for the business
* Report and analyse actuals against budgets and forecasts, providing in-depth commercial insights into performance
* Prepare and review presentations for our Executive leadership team with actionable insights, risks and opportunities identification and recommendations
* Be the subject matter expertise in areas that fall within the scope of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) for projects both locally and internationally
What do we need from you
What do we need from you?
* Demonstrated experience within a commercial finance environment.
* Proven demonstrated experience of financial planning and analysis within professional setting.
* CA/CPA qualification or equivalent from other countries.
* Proficiency in utilising one or more reporting tools to analyse data- such as Excel, Power BI or Tableau.
* Experience in SAP S/4 Hana is highly desirable.
* Project management experience and/or Anaplan experience highly regarded.

Remuneration
* Transparent tiered salary range of $159,800 - $191,500 including Superannuation.
