**Job Title:** Ground Stability Specialist
Role Overview:
As a Ground Stability Specialist, you will conduct investigations and analyses related to pavements, geotechnical, and materials for infrastructure projects. You will provide technical services and advice; participate in multi-function teams, and manage geotechnical risk by developing standards and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct site investigations and laboratory testing to assess the strength and durability of materials.
Develop and implement strategies to mitigate ground instability risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project needs.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Requirements:
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Geology, Civil Engineering (Geotechnical), or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in ground stability assessments, geotechnical engineering, or a related field.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
