About the Role
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Managing a residential rental portfolio (shared workload)
* Providing professional, timely service to landlords and tenants
* Coordinating and overseeing property maintenance and repairs
* Conducting routine inspections and preparing detailed reports
* Marketing vacant properties and conducting viewings
* Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 1 year experience in the real estate industry (Property Manager, Assistant, Admin or Reception)
* Full Australian working rights
* Current QLD Real Estate Certificate or Licence
* Valid QLD Driver's Licence
* Experience with PropertyMe or similar software (preferred but not essential)
* Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of legislation
