Centre Management Role
As a Centre Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day property management of a prominent retail facility in Western Australia. This role involves ensuring the centre operates at its highest standards to maximize returns for the owner.
* Implement all responsibilities outlined in the Management Agreement.
* Prepare and analyze income/expenditure budgets, business plans, monthly reports, outgoings recoveries, forecasts and audits according to critical dates.
* Maintain high-quality standards and minimize liability risk exposure for both the owner and our organization through regular site inspections and Property Inspection reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
A minimum of 5+ years' experience in retail property management is required with an extensive knowledge base covering all aspects of property-related functions.
Degree or certification in related fields such as real estate or business administration are highly desirable.
The ability to maintain strong relationships with retailers while communicating strategy effectively is essential.
