About your role:
As a Site Manager at UNITA, you will dive in and take responsibility for overall project planning + scheduling on site, whilst providing technical direction to ensure compliance with quality standards.
What your days will look like:
* Plan, organise and control the program, and quality of the day to day running of each project.
* Undertake daily site visits, ensuring scope is completed and carry out WHS/Quality Checks.
* Manage all site crew (including trades and sub-trades) to ensure they have the resources needed to complete the works.
* Coordinate the timing and delivery of multiple trades across multiple projects.
* Complete status reports on projects, ensuring to provide feedback to Project Managers.
* Ensure that employees have an understanding of the project sites expectations.
* Ensuring a high level of communication and teamwork through direct communication and on-site meetings.
* Some inter-state travel may be required.
What you will bring to the role:
* A minimum of 3 years working within a commercial construction environment (fitout desired).
* Valid Australian Driver’s License.
* Trade Qualifications in Cabinetmaking, Joinery, Carpentry or Shop Fitting.
* OH&S White Card.
* Current First Aid and CPR Certification, or willingness to obtain.
* Full legal working rights in Australia.
