Specialists in Climate Financing (Cat. I, Cat. II, Cat. III)
NTU International is preparing a proposal for the project "Cooperation Facility for the Philippines – Procurement of Technical Assistance to the Delegation of the European Union to the Philippines."
In this context, NTU International is establishing a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts (Senior and Junior) to be mobilised on a short-term, on-demand basis during project implementation (48 months, expected start June 2026). Mobilisation will be subject to specific Terms of Reference and approval by the EU Delegation to the Philippines.
Requirements
* Education: Degree in economics, finance, climate policy, or related fields
* General professional experience: Experience in development finance or investment programmes
* Specific professional experience: Climate finance instruments, blended finance, green investments
* Language: English is mandatory
