Role Requirements & Expectations This is a site-based position requiring a commitment to safety and quality project delivery, reporting directly to the Director and Operations Manager. You will possess the following experience and be responsible for: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Proven experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer, ideally within the civil construction sector, with exposure to energy or water infrastructure projects up to $5 million. You will be responsible for monitoring and controlling project performance, including scheduling, budget, quality control, and successful completion of project milestones. Taking a leading role on site, driving the daily execution and technical aspects of civil construction works. Must have a strong technical background and understanding of civil construction methodologies, standards, and safety regulations. Serving as a primary point of contact, maintaining strong relationships and effective liaison with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Championing a culture of safety, ensuring rigorous adherence to all safety protocols and managing site safety operations. A demonstrated commitment to safety excellence is required.
