The Opportunity
We're looking for a Product Designer to play a critical role in shaping Nexl's product experience end-to-end.
This is a high-ownership role in a small, highly collaborative product team. You'll work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to solve complex problems, translate user needs into intuitive experiences, and raise the bar for design quality across the platform.
You'll be deeply involved in discovery, problem framing, iteration, and delivery, with a strong voice in how Nexl evolves as a product.
This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys influence and accountability, and wants to build products that customers genuinely love to use.
Requirements
Must haves:
* Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role on a digital product (B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred)
* Strong end-to-end design capability — from problem discovery through to polished UI
* Experience working closely with Product Managers and Engineers in cross-functional teams
* Ability to translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive experiences
* Strong communication skills — able to explain design decisions and influence outcomes
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment with ambiguity and ownership
* High attention to detail, paired with pragmatic decision-making
Nice to haves:
* Experience designing complex or data-heavy products
* Familiarity with design systems and scaling UI patterns
* Exposure touser research, usability testing, or analytics-driven design decisions
* Experience in LegalTech, FinTech, or other professional-services software
