We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Specialist to fill this critical position.
This individual will be responsible for providing product training to sales teams, demonstrating products, and educating customers on how to get the most out of their investments.
The successful candidate will work closely with dealers and customers to ensure our products meet their needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities
 * Partner with sales managers and dealer sales teams to drive retail sales growth
 * Provide pre- and post-sale support, including product demonstrations and setup assistance
 * Collaborate with sales managers to develop targeted sales strategies
 * Represent the brand at field events and product launches
 * Deliver customer engagements to support conversions and build loyalty
 * Maintain and oversee demo equipment and promotional resources
About You
 * In-depth knowledge of agricultural industry and seeding & tillage products
 * A minimum of 3 years' experience working in the agricultural sector
 * Experience in B2B and/or dealer network environments is highly desirable
 * Relevant technical certificates or degrees are preferred
 * Strong relationship-building skills and product training expertise
 * Ability to collaborate with sales teams to build product knowledge and drive sales
