Description Reporting to the Treasury & Financial Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include: Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing and collections. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly. Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with internal departments to address client queries and payment issues. Prepare monthly AR reports and provide insights to management. Support the finance team with end-of-month processes and reporting. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards. Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency in AR operations. Profile A successful AR Officer should have: Proven experience in accounts receivable (debt collections), minimum 2-3 years Proficiency in using ERP systems & excel Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with internal and external stakeholders A proactive approach to problem-solving and handling payment issues Driven mindset with a willingness to own the AR function and make a difference Job Offer Permanent full-time position within a thriving FMCG organisation Competitive salary ranging from 75-90k super Inner east location - Burnley/Richmond area Opportunities to grow and develop within the AR function Supportive and collaborative team environment.
