Up to 76 hours per fortnight

Full Time, Permanent

About the Role

Applications are sought from suitably qualified Speech Pathologists to manage and lead the Speech Pathology Team at Echuca Regional Health.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide Management and Professional Leadership to a dynamic team of Speech Pathologists and AHA's to ensure the delivery of safe, high‑quality patient centred care
* Develop, implement and continually improve a person‑centred approach to service delivery
* Ensure resources are maintained within the budget allocation and accurately monitor, manage and report on financial performance
* Monitor and manage staff performance and development to foster a supportive team environment
* Actively participate in mandatory meetings as required and requested
* Maintain core clinical competence specific to the area of clinical practice


Qualifications / Experience Required

* Recognised degree in Speech Pathology and eligibility for practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia, including SPA Professional Certification
* Minimum 7 years' experience
* Demonstrated experience in Leadership

Pre-Employment Requirements
