About the Role We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Liquid Compounder to join the liquid blending production team. This role is responsible for performing day-to-day operations, ensuring work orders are completed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with Food Safety Standards. Main Duties & Responsibilities Follow work orders and instructions accurately, including adherence to the BOM, measuring, and recording quantities. Report issues promptly to the Production Team Leader and take corrective action when required. Verify labels to ensure the correct product and batch number are picked. Complete work orders efficiently and accurately, meeting production timelines. Ensure compliance with WHS requirements, including wearing appropriate PPE and using equipment safely. Work according to all SOPs, SWPs, and follow HACCP and GMP procedures. Maintain equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly. Participate in projects to improve productivity, safety, and process efficiency. Undertake other general production duties as assigned. Requirements Experience in a similar production or liquid blending role Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Knowledge of WHS, HACCP, and GMP standards preferred.
