We're looking for a Clinical Lead to join our well-established team at headspace Strathpine who are passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people in our community.

* Salary: $108,000 - $118,000 per annum full time equivalent + 12% Super + salary packaging of general living expenses up to $15,900 + entertainment benefits up to $2,650 per year + access to novated leasing

As Clinical Lead, you'll guide a multidisciplinary team providing high-quality, evidence-based support to young people and their families. You'll play a key role in clinical governance, integrated care planning, and fostering a culture of learning and improvement.
What You'll Need
* Tertiary qualifications and full registration in Psychology, Social Work, OT, or Mental Health Nursing (plus relevant mental health credentials).
* Experience in clinical triage, assessment, and therapeutic work with young people and families.
* Previous experience in leadership, supervision, and governance activities.
* Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
What You'll Need to Get Started
* Current open Driver's Licence.
* Current Blue Card or the ability to obtain one, or valid AHPRA registration.
* Current Police Check or the ability to obtain one.
