Are you an enthusiastic, versatile administrator looking for a role where no two days are the same? We're seeking an Administration Support Officer to join our team and provide high-quality support across a variety of functions, including Accounts, Human Resources, Market Services and Reception.
About the Role
In this dynamic and hands‑on position, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. You'll work closely with multiple teams, offering reliable and proactive administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide general administrative assistance across the business
* Support basic accounts tasks, including data entry, accounts payable and invoicing
* Assist with site access and reception duties, including greeting visitors and issuing of contractor paperwork
* Assist the Human Resources and Market Services teams with database administration and support
* Contribute to various projects and tasks as needed
About You
* Positive, enthusiastic and adaptable
* Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and changing priorities
* A strong communicator with a friendly, professional manner
* Competent with Microsoft Office and general office software
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Previous admin or accounts experience is highly regarded (but not essential)
