Surveillance Digital Specialist
As a key player in our security team, you will utilise the latest surveillance and security technology to protect our assets and people. Your expertise will ensure that our systems operate at peak efficiency, maintaining the integrity of our operations.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Responding to and resolving faults, maintenance requests, and equipment failures with the Surveillance CCTV system and other associated Surveillance systems
* Providing technical support and training to operational teams using any surveillance managed systems
* Conducting preventative maintenance on CCTV cameras and systems, including hardware replacement programs
* Assisting with system updates throughout projects to reflect the operational layout of the system
* Collaborating with the Surveillance leadership team on various projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic objectives
* Maintaining compliance with all regulatory and WHS requirements
We are seeking an individual with:
* Certification in CCTV Installation or Security Equipment (highly regarded)
* Extensive experience in Surveillance, IT operating systems, and/or CCTV installations, programming, maintenance, and repairs
* Experience using AutoCad, IP Networking, Windows Administration (Active Directory), Electronic repairs and fault finding (highly regarded)
* A strong understanding of relevant statutory regulations and reporting requirements
* The ability to ensure compliance with business and departmental policies and procedures
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
* Current holding or ability to obtain a KE (Key Employee) license
* Availability to work a full-time Monday to Friday roster with flexibility to attend callouts as required
