**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Highland is on the hunt for a
**confident** a
**nd proactive** Property Manager who is keen to
**excel in their Real Estate career**, and wants to join an
**exceptional team** of hard-working individuals. The position is
**full time** located at our fast-paced head office in Cronulla.
**Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Coordinate and oversee a large portfolio of managements along side other experienced Property Managers
- Being the helpful hand to your landlords and tenants
- Working alongside the leasing and new business teams
- Coordinate and carry out routine inspections, rent reviews and lease renewals
- Manage lease signing and key distribution for your properties
- Organising the electronic filing of tenant and landlord information
- Actioning requests for tradespersons, cleaners etc. in a timely fashion
**Our ideal person will demonstrate**:
- Certificate or Registration or Real Estate License is a legal requirement
- Demonstrate previous experience in Property Management or the Real Estate industry
- Strong ability to think on your feet and solve problems creatively
- Understanding of how to professionally follow up queries and problems
- Proactive, positive attitude with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Skills in liaising with different types of people and personalities and managing conflict resolution in a calm, productive manner
- Strong ability to work under pressure, multi-tasking with different properties, appointments and priorities
- Be willing to learn and enhance your skills and knowledge in the thriving world of Property Management
