Ipswich Area Location Multi Franchise Dealership Opportunity On Target Earnings to $150k Plus Our client is a long established, multi franchised new car dealership located in the Ipswich area. They are seeking an experienced New Car Sales Manager to join their successful sales department team. The dealership is multi franchised and offers security of tenure, career advancement opportunities, a friendly working environment and an excellent income stream. A 5 day working week applies, with one weekday and every Sunday off. Saturday work is mandatory. Your duties will include reviewing daily prospects and log sheets, perform one-on- one discussions with the Sales Consultants, tracking performances, client Introductions and Sales Closing and reporting to Senior Sales Manager/General Manager/Dealer Principal. Applicants for this position must have current or recent dealership new car sales management or senior sales consultant experience, and be seeking a long term position. You will have strong sales, closing, people handling and organisational skills, whilst having the drive, energy and motivation to maximise every opportunity, leading your team from the front. Salary will consist of a negotiable retainer, super, commission structure and car allowance of $6500 per annum. Commission is expected to fall in the $70k to $100k range per annum although some consultants have been able to achieve a $170k commission.
