About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our team as an Office Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate material orders, delivery logistics, and internal communication to ensure seamless project execution
* Manage relationships with suppliers, transport companies, and internal teams to meet project deadlines
* Liaise with stakeholders to provide regular updates on project materials and logistics
* Provide administrative support across the office, including document formatting, filing, and digital record-keeping
* Assist with data entry, reporting, and other tasks as needed
