Senior People & Culture Business Partner
PEER is seeking an experienced Senior People & Culture Business Partner to join our People & Culture team.
Reporting to the General Manager People & Culture, you will partner with leaders across the organisation to deliver strategic and operational HR solutions that enhance workforce capability, employee engagement, organisational culture, and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with leaders to deliver people strategies aligned to business objectives.
* Provide expert advice on employee and industrial relations matters, including performance management, investigations, grievances, and workplace issues.
* Coach and develop leaders to build high-performing teams.
* Lead organisational development, employee engagement, and learning initiatives.
* Support change management and workforce planning activities.
* Develop and review HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
* Drive continuous improvement across People & Culture systems and processes.
About You
* Significant experience in a senior HR or People & Culture Business Partner role.
* Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and industrial relations.
* Demonstrated experience managing complex employee relations matters.
* Strong leadership coaching, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
* Experience in organisational development and change management.
* Qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Employment Relations, Psychology, or a related field.
