As a Medical Records Manager, you will be responsible for leading the planning, organization and evaluation of medical records services.
* Ensuring compliance with legislation, policy, and accreditation standards.
* Overseeing the hybrid health record system (paper and electronic) to guarantee accuracy, accessibility and completeness.
* Mentoring and supporting the development of Medical Records staff.
