Customer Service Liaison Officer Job
PrixCar Services is an automotive logistics company specializing in vehicle transport, processing and storage.
Over the last 35 years, we have grown to offer a wide range of specialized services with more than 25 depots across Australia.
Due to recent growth, we are seeking a customer-focused individual for the role of Customer Liaison Officer.
The Customer Liaison Officer will ensure customers receive prompt, efficient, reliable and courteous service delivered to quality levels that meet or exceed their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Ensure prompt and effective follow up and response to all enquiries
- Arrange delivery of vehicles efficiently and effectively
- Data entry and continuous improvement work process recommendations
Requirements:
- Team player with exceptional time management and high attention to detail
- Friendly demeanor with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Self-motivated and willingness to learn
- Customer service experience preferred
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in a similar industry advantageous
