Key duties and responsibilities will include:Utilising a structured approach, carry out comprehensive and accurate nursing assessments of patientsWithin scope of practice, implements planned evidence-based nursing interventionsAct as a patient advocate ensuring patients are informed and consent is gained prior to proceduresContribute to the maintenance of an environment which promotes safety, security and personal integrity of individual patients and groupsMaintain and adhere to Infection Control policies and practicesComply with organisational policies, procedures, work instructions and guidelinesEnsure confidentiality of corporate and patient informationAbout youWe are searching for a nurse with extensive Acute Care experience to seamlessly join the team and hit-the-ground-running, continuing your nursing career and providing exceptional care from day one.
