ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some
* Minesite staff contribute to the upkeep of operational areas by:
o Performing waste management duties
o Conducting general maintenance tasks
o Supporting logistics across the site
* All utility staff, including cleaners, catering, and minesite workers:
o Operate in harsh and isolated environments
o Adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols
o Collaborate closely with catering, cleaning, maintenance, and site management teams
o Help ensure the village remains clean, functional, and welcoming
o Play a vital role in supporting the wellbeing and morale of the workforce
o Are essential to the overall success of the mining operation
THE PERSON

* High attention to detail and ability to perform physically demanding tasks
* Background in hospitality, housekeeping, industrial or commercial cleaning
* Strong understanding of cleaning techniques and safe use of equipment
* Willingness to work in remote locations and hot weather conditions
* Australian Driver’s Licence required for certain roles
* Reside in SA with full work rights
* Ability to work 11-hour shifts, day or night, and assist in other areas as needed
