Responsibilities

* Mentor and inspire educational practices in your room, collaborating with the centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programs.

About Goodstart Deeragun
At Goodstart Deeragun, we're looking for an Early Childhood Teacher who's passionate about nurturing curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child. Nestled about 20 minutes north of Townsville, Goodstart Deeragun is a peaceful, semi-rural haven surrounded by nature, yet close to city conveniences.
Children grow, harvest, and taste their own produce from our gardens, bringing learning to life through creative, play-based programs guided by the EYLF and NQS principles.
* Our 75-place, Meeting-rated centre with a warm community feel, sustainability focus, and beautiful learning spaces.
* Full-time role, working between 6:00am – 6:00pm, in a centre that values your voice and impact.
* You'll help design and deliver engaging learning experiences that spark curiosity and nurture a lifelong love of learning.

You'll need
* Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved).
* Current QLD Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
* Queensland registration: voluntary if eligible, not required.
