An exciting opportunity exists for an Applications Support Analyst to join the Catholic Education Office (CEO) in Darwin.

The position:
Reporting to the Applications and Projects Lead, the Applications Support Analyst plays a key role in administering, monitoring and maintaining enterprise software applications that support service delivery across CENT schools and the Catholic Education Office.
The role works closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve issues, improve system performance, support upgrades and enhance user experience across key business systems.
This is a full-time permanent position, with commencement negotiable.
Key responsibilities:
As Applications Support Analyst, you will:
* Provide day-to-day support for enterprise applications, ensuring system availability, reliability and performance.
* Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests and system issues in a timely manner.
* Support upgrades, enhancements, testing and release activities across designated systems.
* Assist users with system queries, access requests, onboarding/offboarding and training needs.
* Monitor integrations, data imports and system health checks, escalating issues where required.
* Work with vendors and internal teams to manage tickets, improvements and ongoing support.
* Create and maintain knowledge base articles, user guides and support documentation.
* Prepare data templates and assist with data imports into enterprise systems.
* Own Data Collection responsibilities for Schools and report to various government departments based on the School Services Data Schedule. Point of contact for all schools compliance reporting management.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, automation and better system utilisation.

About you:
We are looking for someone who:
* Has demonstrated experience supporting enterprise software applications such as TechnologyOne or similar ERP systems.
* Has strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
* Has high-level Excel skills and strong attention to detail.
* Has experience preparing, manipulating and importing data into large systems.
* Can communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide high-quality customer service.
* Can work independently and contribute positively within a team environment.
* Has experience creating user guides, training resources or knowledge articles.
* Understands and supports the ethos of Catholic education.
* Holds an NT Driver’s Licence and Ochre Card (or ability to obtain).
* Holds tertiary qualifications in IT, Business Systems or equivalent practical experience.
