As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving positive cultural change and contributing to a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

Main Duties:

* Maintain an optimal Quality, Environment, Health & Safety (QESH) Management System that ensures cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods are in place, adhering to product specifications, customer standards, third-party certification requirements, and relevant legislation for all sites.
* Report on the performance of the QESH Management System and recommend areas for improvement to the Regional QESH Manager ANZ.
* Monitor internal and external performance related to production processes, specifications, methods, and controls, suggesting and implementing improvements as needed.
* Promote awareness of customer requirements across the organisation.
* Liaise with external assessment bodies regarding accreditation process matters.
* Investigate and communicate corrective actions for consumer complaints.
* Drive a continuous reduction in consumer complaints through sustainable preventive actions and plans.
* Foster a culture of continuous quality improvement, ensuring employees accept accountability for QESH initiatives and sustainability within their operation.
* Lead the execution of a training program to develop QESH management skills.
* Maintain a safe working environment and support Workplace Health and Safety initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


• Manufacturing or engineering degree aligned.

• Proven knowledge of accreditation processes and quality standards.

• Technical, computer, and analytical skills demonstrated through experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Outstanding numerical skills and understanding of statistics.

• Problem-solving skills.

• Leadership ability demonstrated through past experiences.

• Attention to detail.

• Organisational and time management skills.

• Strong integrity and work ethic.

• Ability to multitask and prioritise between conflicting tasks.

• Understanding of and alignment with organisational culture.
