An exciting EA to CEO role for an excellent NFP organisation! Your new company My client is a not-for-profit, community-led organisation is a peak body in the child and family welfare sector, advocating for culturally responsive services and supporting community-controlled agencies. They are looking for an Executive Assistant who provides high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO, ensuring efficient workflow and alignment with organisational priorities. This role is pivotal in managing communications, coordinating executive schedules, and supporting governance functions. Your new role Manage complex scheduling, calendar coordination, and information flow for the CEO. Provide administrative support including correspondence, report writing, and document management. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions. Support internal projects and liaise with staff for input and updates. Provide secretariat support for the Board and its committees, including governance documentation. Coordinate travel and logistics for the CEO and Board. Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for key events and engagements. Organisational Contribution Collaborate with internal teams to support strategic objectives. Uphold organisational values and maintain confidentiality. Participate in professional development and contribute to a positive workplace culture. What you'll need to succeed Minimum 4 years experience in a senior administrative role. Strong organisational, multitasking, and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint. Experience in preparing board-level documentation and managing confidential information. Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment. Understanding of and ability to communicate effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Knowledge of cultural connections and their importance in community contexts. Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed. National Police Clearance and NSW Working With Children Check. NSW Driving Licence (desirable).
