**Job Title:** Senior Tradesperson (Carpenter)
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Tradesperson (Carpenter) to join our team in providing high-quality maintenance and repair services to hospital buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate carpentry trades, painters, and operational staff to ensure effective and efficient services.
* Carry out construction, maintenance, and repair work on all hospital buildings to appropriate standards, ensuring the safety of the public, staff, and patients.
* Maintain plant and equipment under your control in accordance with mandatory, statutory, and local requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated sound experience in and extensive knowledge of carpentry trade services, including the ability to modify, commission, repair, and maintain services and equipment within a healthcare environment.
* Ability to prioritize your own work and the work of other trades staff to accomplish project timeframes and make responsible recommendations.
* Ability to interact and communicate effectively with staff at all levels from various organizations and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Benefits:
* Salary range: $81,915 - $94,263 per annum, plus 11.5% superannuation contribution.
