At Accenture, our Talent & Organization (T&O;) practice helps clients deliver large-scale transformations that put people at the centre of change.
We are expanding our Change & Transformation capability across Australia, with a focus on supporting SAP S/4HANA programs for some of the country’s most complex organisations.
We are seeking Consultants and Managers with strong change management, training, and adoption expertise to join our teams in Brisbane and Perth.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver end-to-end change management for SAP S/4HANA transformations, including business readiness, stakeholder engagement, and end-user adoption
- Support clients across functional areas such as Supply Chain, Finance, Payroll, Asset Management, and Materials Management
- Design and implement training strategies to enable workforce adoption and long-term capability uplift
- Leverage digital adoption platforms (e.g., WalkMe) to accelerate change and deliver value to clients
- Partner with client leadership to shape and embed sustainable transformation outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in change management within SAP S/4HANA or large ERP transformations
- Strong consulting background (ideally with a top-tier or global consultancy)
- Experience in one or more functional domains (Supply Chain, Finance, Payroll, Asset & Materials Management) highly regarded
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience in resources, energy, or industrials sectors (advantageous)
