About the Role
You will manage a portfolio of Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) properties, acting as a key point of contact for day to day operational support.
Key responsibilities include:
* Responding to maintenance enquiries and coordinating repairs with contractors
* Coordinate repairs and liaise with tradespeople, contractors, strata and building management
* Conducting property and vacancy inspections
* Overseeing rent management, and arrears follow-up
* Supporting renters with tenancy queries, disputes and post-move-in assistance
* Ensure all tenancy documents and correspondence are filed accurately and securely
* Preparing properties for new tenancies (cleaning, trades, compliance documents)
* Support staff to remain "audit ready" and ensure compliance documentation is stored and kept up to date in line with NDIS Practice Standards
* Working closely with internal teams, and external stakeholders
About You
You will bring:
* Experience in real estate and property management
* Strong understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act and tenancy processes
* Proven ability to coordinate maintenance and manage high-volume administration
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Initiative, resilience and a Tenant-centric and solutions-focused approach to challenges
Qualifications such as Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice are highly regarded.
Requirements
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
