What's the role?
Based in Sydney, this full-time role places you at the heart of Westpac Private Bank's lending expertise. You'll be responsible for delivering bespoke lending solutions to high-net-worth clients, working alongside our Private Wealth Bankers and Relationship Directors. Your focus will be on providing a premium experience—built on trust, insight, and a deep understanding of each client's financial journey.
What do I need?
To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
* Experience in Private, Business or Premium banking with a strong lending focus
* Deep understanding of consumer and business lending credit principles
* Strong financial analysis skills, including interpreting complex income structures
* Exceptional communication and client engagement capabilities
* OBP verification authority (OVA) accreditation is highly regarded
