What this job involves
We're looking for a Portfolio Administration Manager to provide support to one of our highly regarded national portfolios! You will take full responsibility for the day to day management of administration and implement processes, efficiencies and perform duties as required for the national team.
This is a part time opportunity, working either 4 days a week or 5 days a week at reduced hours.
**A snapshot of the role**:
Provide support to the Account Director, national team and site teams including travel bookings, expense reconciliation and other administrative duties as requested
Preparation of documents, reports and presentations, maintaining filing systems, booking meeting rooms and organising catering
Establish, build and maintain strong relationships with the client and wider JLL team
Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly reports as required

High level of office administration experience
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage changing priorities
Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Suite
