As Assistant Store Manager, you'll help lead the team and bring the Harris Scarfe experience to life – creating a warm, welcoming store environment and delivering on sales, service, and team culture.
Support the Store Manager across all areas of the business
Lead by example – setting high standards in service, safety, and presentation
Train, coach, and support your team to build skills and confidence
Oversee stock handling, merchandising, and compliance processes
Support a collaborative and inclusive team culture
Make every customer interaction count – every day What You'll Bring
You're a hands‑on leader with a passion for retail and a genuine love of people.
With strong communication and great attention to detail, you know how to get the best from your team – and keep the customer at the heart of everything you do.
Previous experience in leadership or supervisor roles with retail or hospitality.
A people‑first mindset with strong coaching and team‑building skills
Great communication and a calm, solutions‑focused approach
Confidence in visual merchandising and store presentation
Organised and efficient, with strong admin and IT skills
