Support Worker Role
This is a part-time position working 5 days a week for 70 hours per fortnight. The successful applicant will provide support to students' personal, social and emotional wellbeing and development through informal education, care or leisure approaches.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the values of Community College Gippsland by personal behaviour. They will develop professional relationships with students based on trust and respect. This includes linking with professional and community services to support and empower students to access services as required.
Promoting and providing activities that encourage a sense of belonging and engagement with the school community are essential skills for this role.
Main Responsibilities:
