Our ideal candidate will be responsible for the preparation and maintenance of project governance and administration documentation, track project progress and provide regular reports on project status to stakeholders. The role also involves producing meeting minutes, agendas and monthly reports, supporting design management and procurement activities, stakeholder consultation, effective communication with all project stakeholders, T&T safety compliance, contract administration and acting as the Superintendent's Representative.
Key qualifications include a recognised Degree or equivalent qualification relating to a technical field: Construction Management or Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Cost Management or relatable trade experience. Previous project management experience is desirable, particularly client-side/consulting. Essential skills include administrative abilities with strength in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), English fluency to a native standard and great communication skills both written and verbal.

* Administrative skills with strength in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) essential
* Familiarity with Aconex advantageous
* Familiarity with the Design Phase highly desirable
* Construction Contract Administration experience highly desirable
