About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our Managed Services Team, delivering high-quality care to our residential Aged Care client in Horsham, VIC, on a full-time basis.
This is a rewarding opportunity to work with a diverse community-based caseload, where you can make a meaningful difference to residents' mobility, independence, and quality of life. Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
* Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy to older adults in residential or community aged care
* Help residents and clients maintain and improve mobility, function, independence, and overall quality of life.
* Provide education to clients, families, and staff on manual handling, safe movement, and exercise strategies to minimize injury risk.
* Manage a diverse caseload including orthopaedic, neurological, cardiorespiratory, and gerontological clients.
* Work as part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team committed to person-centred care.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy wit, current General AHPRA registration
* Current NDIS Clearance, a valid driver's licence, and an insured vehicle
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
* A genuine passion for improving the lives of older Australians
* Experience in aged care or community health is highly regarded; however, new graduates are encouraged to apply
