You may have seen this role advertised before. We had a fantastic candidate lined up, but due to unforeseen visa complications, they were ultimately unable to join our team. This means the exciting opportunity to lead our kitchen is, once again, available for the right person.
This is not a role with high turnover, it's a rare and exciting chance to take the reins of an established, award-winning kitchen in Bunbury.

Located just two hours south of Perth, Bunbury is regional WA's largest center, offering pristine beaches, city amenities with country charm, and an abundant supply of fresh ingredients—from ocean-fresh seafood to farm-direct meats and organic produce—delivered daily to our kitchen.
About the role
In this role, our ideal Head Chef will be a culinary professional who can translate our sustainable vision into exceptional dishes while adding their unique experience and creative flair.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
* Crafting innovative dishes with local ingredients that delight repeat customers
* Leading/inspiring our established kitchen team
* Ensuring exceptional food quality across all culinary operations
* Designing exciting menus that showcase your expertise
* Upholding rigorous safety standards while managing our kitchen efficiently.
What we're looking for
* Min. 2 years previous Head Chef experience (Sous Chefs also invited to apply)
* Strong knowledge of food trends, techniques and menu development
* Proven skills with nose-to-tail cooking approach
* Excellent time management and communication skills
* Someone with excellent plating skills
* Full Australian working rights highly preferred
