We are a well‑established, on‑trend home décor and linen retailer with 73 stores across Australia. We are growing and looking for a committed Store Manager to lead our Warners Bay location.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with the Assistant Store Manager to lead the team and drive the operational and sales performance of the store.
* Review store and team member performance regularly and collaborate on action plans to leverage store potential.
* Act as a brand ambassador, creating highly personalised experiences for customers and employees to ensure high engagement, culture, and sustainable revenue growth.
* Coach the team in communicating the brand story, evoking in‑store passion, and fostering brand loyalty.
* Demonstrate how team efforts align with the business strategy and empower the team to excel.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience in a commercial, customer‑centric store leadership role in a busy retail environment.
* Proven track record of leading teams to consistent achievement of revenue targets.
* Operational agility with strong inventory management capability.
* Fashion or trend oriented with strengths in visual display and stock presentation.
* Consultative selling experience, able to train and coach in the art of consultative selling.
* Entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of creating and implementing ideas to improve store trade.
* Exposure to high‑volume, large‑format retailing.
* Strong delegation skills and ability to optimise team productivity.
