Job Description
HammondCare Horsley is looking for a Mini-van Volunteer Driver on Tuesdays and as a Relief driver for our aged care Residents to enjoy an outing in the local area. You will be accompanied by care staff who look after the residents' care needs.
1. Safe confident driver to assist staff during bus outings
2. Attend full/half day excursions
3. Provide social support and interact during activities

Requirements
Bus trips generally run for 1-2 hours between 9:30-11:30 am and 1-3 pm. We can discuss a suitable day of the week or fortnight that suits your availability.
• 18 years or older
• National Volunteer Police Check arranged and paid for by HammondCare plus NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Proof of your current driver’s license (minimum C Class)
• Willing to be instructed on transporting residents in wheelchairs and with low mobility
