About The Role

Reporting directly to the Chief People and Culture Officer, this role is a truly generalist position that offers exposure to all areas of HR in a growing organisation with a people‐first philosophy. Be part of setting up resourcing internationally, continuing to develop and evolve a great people culture, and support a company that believes continuous improvement is core to its DNA. What will you do on a daily basis?

* Own our recruitment, induction and offboarding processes from beginning to end.
* Build strong relationships with all staff and leaders in our business to become the primary first‐line People & Culture contact for all staff.
* Have the opportunity and support to eventually lead employee relations issues as required.
* Constantly analyse and improve staff engagement through our regular staff satisfaction surveys.
* Facilitate a high‐performance culture through the coordination of our Goal and Reflection processes.
* Foster a continuous learning culture through the administration of LinkedIn Learning and the creation of other training strategies.
* Maintain high levels of HR administration, through the maintenance of our HRIS (ELMO), creation and continuous improvement of policies and processes with the HR function.

You love building relationships, supporting people and being the person others can rely on. Whether it's coordinating onboarding, supporting leaders, improving processes or helping deliver people initiatives, you bring energy, care and professionalism to everything you do.

You enjoy being part of a collaborative team and take pride in contributing to a culture where people feel supported, connected and empowered.

* A minimum of 2–4 years experience in an HR or recruitment role.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* A proactive and adaptable approach.
* Excellent attention to detail and follow‐through.
* The ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
